Cape George is a private residential community offering many view site homes only
about 4 miles west of Port Townsend. There are three sections to choose from: The Colony,
The Village and The Highlands. Each one is slightly different in type of homes available
and topography. All of Cape George comes with great amenities:
*Private Beaches - miles of private beach where members can collect shellfish and enjoy
the views.
*Clubhouse - a well equipped facility offering a professional level kitchen, large meeting
area, piano, sound system and large screen TV. It can be rented by members
for private parties.
*Marina - 63 slips are available and can accomodate boats up to 42' in length. A variety
of privileges may be purchased by members yearly.
*Parks & Trails - These can be found throughout the community and are maintained by
the association.
*Indoor Pool - The pool is available for a small separate membership fee.
