Joe has been a top producing Real Estate Broker in Port Townsend and surrounding areas for 16 years. He works from the Re/MAX First office located at 2500 W. Sims Way, in Port Townsend.
Recognized as one of the top 50 brokers in the Northwest by Re/MAX International, his specialties include residential, commercial and land, listing and sales.
Joe is a member of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors, Washington State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The 1999 Realtor of the Year has served JCAR as president, vice president, and board member. He continues to support JCAR.
Joe has volunteered with EDC/Team Jefferson for Jefferson County. He volunteers for, and has coached, the Port Townsend High School Sailing Team and is a member of Port Townsend Sailing Association. He supports local, nonprofit organizations such as Olympic Community Action Program (OlyCAP), Habitat for Humanity, Centrum, and Real Estate Professionals for Affordable Housing (REPAH).
Born and raised in Port Townsend, Joe has a special connection to this area. He and his family enjoy everything about the Pacific Northwest with special interests in sailing, general aviation, and horses.
